Shift rotas that fit the people on themCork · Ireland

See it on your own week

Not a demo of a made-up café. Send a few lines about your team and we will build your real week in front of you on a shared screen, then leave the draft with you.

Tell us about your week

More than twenty-five, or more than one site, is usually not a fit — but say so and we will tell you straight.

How the rota is done now, what goes wrong most weeks, the days that are hardest to fill. A photo of the wall sheet can follow by email.

Sending the form is an enquiry, not a booking or a contract. Nothing is agreed until we have replied and you have said yes to a time.

What happens after you send it

A person reads it — nothing answers by itself, and there is no queue. We answer from [email protected], normally within one working day, Monday to Friday. The answer asks for one real week if you have not sent one, and proposes a time for the walkthrough.

The walkthrough is your week on a shared screen: your people, the availability you tell us about, the shifts you already know. We place them together, run one swap and one cover through it so you can see what staff would see, and hand you the draft to keep. It is unhurried and it is not a pitch.

If it is not a fit — several sites, a payroll requirement, a need to track people — we say so in the first reply and save you the hour.
